My academics include Masters in Sports and Fitness from IISM, Biomechanics Specialist from NESTA, Special Population Specialist from NSCA. I strongly believe that everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

Nidhi is a practicing Yoga teacher with the intention to help people realize their optimum body and mind potential. She strongly believes in the yogic philosophy and yogic ethics. She holds Level 1- 200 hrs, Level 3- 800 hrs Teacher training certification from Ministry of Ayush (YCB), Pre-Post Natal Certificate. She also holds Yoga Alliance International Certificate. She focuses on evaluating a practitioner's physical fitness, understanding their current mind state, and then designing a sequence to help them in achieving their targets. She follows the approach of encouraging her practitioners to adapt a healthy lifestyle in order to stay fit and stress free.
Her specialization includes Injury Rehabilitation, Flexibility Improvement and Pre and Post Natal Yoga.
